SDC College, Bangarpet branch was established in the year 2015 under the dynamic leadership of Smt Usha Gangadhar. SDC College, Bangarpet at its inception offered Pre-University and degree course. Today, the institution stands as one of the premium educational institutions in Kolar district. At College it is our endeavor to nurture each individual student to develop a multifaceted personality capable of facing life with self-confidence while focusing on his/her goals with discipline, determination and diligence.

SDC Degree College started its journey from June 2015. I feel proud for being the Principal right from its inception. I have meticulously endeavored to give a fillip to the college by contributing both in teaching and in administration.
Today SDC College has become a household name in Bangarapet, KGF and its surrounding villages for its excellence and discipline. Its stellar achievements in academic and co- curricular activities have attracted scores of students. The credit for this goes to our management and the teaching faculty.
